STEEL SHEET FOR HOT DIP GALVANIZNG WITH PRECOATING LAYER HAVING EXCELLENT COATABILITY AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A steel sheet for hot dipping with excellent plating performance of a pre-coating layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure stable and excellent plating quality by enhancing wettability of a steel sheet and hot dipping solution without an additional electrical plating facility. CONSTITUTION: A pre-coating layer is formed on the surface of a steel sheet by dipping the steel sheet in Fe-Mn-S solution or spraying the solution to the steel sheet. The steel sheet comprising the pre-coating layer is annealed and heat-treated. The Fe-Mn-S solution consists of 70-85% of Fe, 15-30% of Mn, other moisture, oxygen and inevitable impurities. The Fe-Mn-S solution comprises below 0.5% of wetting agent.
