PURPOSE: A cooling device for raw material sheet of plastic bag is provided to reduce processing processes and to stack the plastic bag on a trolley without puckering. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for raw material sheet of plastic bag comprises a raw material sheet pulling part(50), a corona treatment device(60), a plurality of transfer rollers(80), and a raw material sheet folding device(110). The raw material sheet pulling part pulls a plastic bag material sheet(40), which is manufactured by an extruder(20), toward the top. A corona treatment device processes the plastic bag material sheet as corona in order to clearly print the surface of the plastic bag material sheet. The plastic bag material sheet passes through the corona treatment device to increase the temperature of the plastic bag material sheet. The plastic bag material sheet is cooled at room temperature. A plurality of transfer rollers transfers the plastic bag material sheet to top and bottom several times. The raw material sheet folding device laminates the naturally cooled plastic bag material sheet on a cart. The raw material sheet folding device linearly reciprocates along a guide member. |
