PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to remove mutual interference between input and output paths and a probe pad in a data inputting and outputting process. CONSTITUTION: A first bump pad outputs data. A second bump pad inputs data. A probe pad(130) tests an input/output probe. A data output unit outputs data from an internal circuit to the first bump pad or probe pad. A data input unit transmits data from the second bump pad or probe pad to the internal circuit. A first switching unit(160) selectively connects the data output unit and the probe pad in response to a probe test mode signal. A second switching unit(170) selectively connects the probe pad and the input unit in response to the probe test mode signal.
