PURPOSE: A compound is provided to prepare an organic electroluminescence device which enables low voltage driving and improves chromatic purity, lifetime and luminous efficiency when used as a host material of the organic electroluminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is C6 or more substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; and at least one of R2, R3 and R4 includes fluorine or trimethylsilyl group. The C6 or more substituted or unsubstituted aryl group is one material selected from the group consisting of phenyl, o-toluyl, m-toluyl, p-toluyl, o-xylyl, m-xylyl, p-xylyl 1-naphthyl, 2-naphthyl, trimethylsilylphenyl, and phenanthryl.
