PURPOSE: A pillow top attachable/detachable with 4 side zipper is provided to offer effects of being used simply and stored conveniently after use by being installed attachably/detachably to a spring mattress. CONSTITUTION: The pillow top attachable/detachable with 4 side zipper includes a double cushioning portion; a mattress; a pillow top; an extension cover and a zipper portion. The mattress offers cushion force in a rectangular shape, and is packed with a cover sheet(112). The pillow top additionally constitutes a separate cushion member in the upper side of the mattress(110), and diversifies cushion force, buffer power or supply property. The extension cover can cover the upper side of the pillow top(120) settled on the top of the mattress. The zipper portion is composed of the cover sheet and extension cover(130) four sides, and can be combined and separated.
