摘要 PURPOSE: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having low core loss and high magnetic flux density, a manufacturing method thereof, and a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet slab used for the same are provided to improve the Goss texture of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and the thermal stability of an inhibitor by using a high carbon containing silicon steel slab. CONSTITUTION: A slab is hot-rolled by being heated at 1050-1250°C. The hot-rolled plate is heated to 900-1200°C. The heated hot-rolled plate is maintained at 900-1100°C in a damp atmosphere and annealed. The annealed steel sheet is cooled at a speed of 15-500°C/sec. The cooled steel sheet is cold-rolled at 150-400°C. The cold-rolled plate is decarbonized in a mixed gas atmosphere comprising ammonia, nitrogen, and hydrogen.
