A PROCESS FOR PREPARING POLYURETHANEUREA ELASTIC FIBER HAVING HIGH POWER AND HEAT-RESISTANCE AND FIBER USING IT

PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing elastic threads with high power and heat resistance, and elastic threads manufactured by the same are provided to be used for several purposes due to characteristics of excellent elasticity and elasticity recuperative power. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethaneurea elastic threads with high power and heat resistance is composed of polyol and diisocyanate polymeric composition. The polyurethaneurea elastic threads has following manufacturing steps. (1) A prepolymer mixes a diisocyanate reaction mole ratio as to diisocyanate glycol to 1.45 - 2.15. (2) A polyurethane urea polymeric composition is obtained by adding a chain extender to the prepolymer. (3) The polyurethane urea spinning solution adds a triethylenetetraamine (TETA) 0.01 -15% weight to the polyurethane urea polymeric composition, compared to a final polymeric composition solid portion.
