PURPOSE: A screen device and a personal portable device are provided to generate a pressure signal using pressure power by including a pressure sensor, which is dispersed on one side of a module, in pressure ink. CONSTITUTION: A window unit(110) is arranged in an outer case in which an opening is included in one side of the case. A display unit(120) displays an image through the window unit. A module unit is closely adhered to one side of the display unit. A pressure sensor(130) is formed on a side in which the display unit is attached. A pressure sensor unit creates a pressure signal by sensing the pressure applied to the window unit. A touch sensor located in the bottom surface of the display unit creates a touch signal by sensing a touch on the window unit.
