PURPOSE: A signal transmission method is provided to increase a total usage of a multi input and output system. CONSTITUTION: A signal transmitting device generates a bit string through coding of an input information data bit(S100). The signal transmitting device generates the bit string through random interleaving of the generated bit string(S200). The signal transmitting device performs network-encoding punched bit string of a layer of a high coding rate among a plurality of layers about a bit string of a layer of a low coding rate(S300). The signal transmitting device modulates the network encoded bit string by a preset modulation method(S400).
