BACKLIGHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A backlight unit and liquid crystal display including the same are provided to rapidly release the heat from a light emitting chip by connecting a heat releasing unit directly to the light emitting chip. CONSTITUTION: A back light unit includes as follows. A plurality of emitting light chip(200) is mounted to a light emitting diode(260). A printed circuit substrate is mounted to the light emitting chip. A bottom cover(150) is accepted to the printed circuit substrate. An optical sheet and a diffusion plate are arranged on upper part of the light emitting chips mounted on the printed circuit substrate. A heat releasing units(300) is respectively connected to the light emitting chip by penetrating the printed circuit substrate.
