PURPOSE: An advertising service method based on an indoor base station is provided to offer differentiated target advertisement based on a geographical accessibility. CONSTITUTION: An ACS(Auto Configuration Server)(50) manages location information of the indoor base stations(21). The ACS offers the indoor base station information. According to the request of the advertiser based on the indoor base station information, an advertisement server(60) constitutes local advertisement information. One or more indoor base station offer local advertisement information to a connected terminal.
