PURPOSE: A mobile phone which is available for receiving alarm mode conversion skin contact in a call receiving are provided to automatically convert a bell output by a touch into a mode except for a bell output mode. CONSTITUTION: A touch sensing unit(30) sense a touch of a skin in a call receiving from a mobile communication network. According to a sensing result of a touch sensing unit and a set reception notification mode of a storage unit(20) in a call receiving, a control unit(80) converts the bell output mode into at least one among a vibration generation mode, a lightening generation mode, a mute mode, and a screen output if a touch of skin at a bell output mode is sensed in a touch sensing unit.
