PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent scratch resistance, colorability, high temperature thermal stability, impact resistance, glossiness, transparency, weather resistance, and processability. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 60-95 weight% of a base resin and (B) 5-40 weight% of a copolymer with a core-shell structure. The base resin comprises a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate resin and a vinyl copolymer. The copolymer with the core-shell structure is such that a polymer of at least two compounds of aromatic vinyl compounds, cyanide vinyl compound and acrylic compounds is grafted with a rubber polymer.
