PURPOSE: A white smoke removing apparatus is provided to recycle condensed water which is phase-changed from steam and is collected. CONSTITUTION: A white smoke removing apparatus includes a feed port(110), a device body(120), and a heat exchange unit. The feed port supplies a fluid containing steam. The device body is connected to the feed port. The device body comprises a jet unit for jetting water for phase-converting the steam contained in the fluid to condense the steam. The heat exchange unit is connected to the device body. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the condensed water and inhaled outdoor air, and then provides the outdoor air to the device body such that the outdoor air is mixed with the fluid discharged from the device body.
