PURPOSE: A distributed network PVR(Personal Video Recorder) system for minimizing network node is provided to store and manage real time broadcast content of each node. CONSTITUTION: An nPVR server processes recording information received from a terminal. A broadcast transmitting server transmits the broadcast stream. A plurality of streaming node servers store the received broadcast stream data which is received from the broadcast transmitting server. The streaming node servers transfer the stored data to the terminal.
