PURPOSE: A fail-safe device for a regenerative brake system is provided to supply braking oil pressure to both a front wheel and a rear wheel by using two solenoid valves in a failure state of an actuator. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel brake unit(5) performs a rear wheel braking operation by using the oil pressure applied through a pedal. A front wheel brake unit(10) perform a front wheel braking operation by using the oil pressure applied through an actuator(11). A hydraulic interworking line(31) is drawn from a master cylinder(6) of the rear wheel brake unit and is connected to an oil pressure line(8) of the front brake unit. At least one or more control valves(32) are used for opening or closing a flow path of the hydraulic interworking line through a control of an ECU.
