PURPOSE: An all directions electric fan for blowing cool and warm air is provided to improve heating efficiency by generating hot air and preventing the overload on a thermoelectric module in a heating mode. CONSTITUTION: An all directions electric fan comprises a stand(10), a controller(11), a motor(20), a motor shaft(21), a thermoelectric module, a center axis part, vertical wings, and a heating member. The stand is installed in the controller. A motor shaft of the motor is perpendicularly installed on the ground. The thermoelectric module selectively produces cool air or heat by the controller. The vertical wings are driven with the motor. The guard net covers a vertical wing. The heating member increases the inside temperature of the center axis part. The discharging member compulsorily discharges the inside air of the center axis part.
