PURPOSE: A low gloss thermoplastic resin composition is provided to obtain high weather resistance and high heat resistance and to exhibit excellent surface gloss-lowering effects without a coating process after injection. CONSTITUTION: A low gloss thermoplastic resin composition comprises a base resin and 1-60 parts by weight of N-phenyl maleimide-containing copolymer. The base resin includes (A) 100 parts by weights of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin including a large particle size rubber with the particle diameter of the rubber of 8,000-10,000 nm, (B) 30-120 parts by weight of a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer, and (C) 5-75 parts by weight of vinyl copolymer.
