UN USING ARS AGENT-BASED PROVIDING INFORMATION METHOD

PURPOSE: An agent-based information providing method using an automated response system is provided to increase the efficiency and convenience of a user by providing information suitable to a user from each member company through a unified agent. CONSTITUTION: A user requests request information to an agent through an ARS(S110). A server of the agent checks whether the user is subscribed to the agent or not(S120). The server determines whether the user is subscribed or not through personal information of the user(S130). If the request information is about moving, the server checks whether an e-mail address or the home address of a user exists or not(S132). The server determines whether necessary information exists or not(S140).
