PURPOSE: A fan detachably type electric grill is provided to prevent the boiling over of soup by forming a rim dam which is formed the outer circumference of roasting plate at a fixed height. CONSTITUTION: A fan detachably type electric grill comprises a main body(10), a bottom part, a space part, a heater, a fan(30), and a lid(40). The space part accomplishes the sidewall of the bottom edge. The heater is installed according to the sidewall. The fan is placed in order to be separated from the space part. The fan has concave bottom and a side panel in order to well receive heat. The lid covers the fan. |
