PURPOSE: A short distance camera for iris recognition is provided to optimize a necessary visual angle. CONSTITUTION: A light source(20) is separated from a lens center line of a lens(10) as much as a constant distance. In an object plane of the lens, iris is placed. An image plane of the lens is an image sensor plane. An incident plane(210) of a prism(200) is formed as an inclined plane. An oval mirror(310) is installed on the top of the lens.
