PURPOSE: An exhaust hood using elasticity is provided to use resilient force generated by bending an elastic piece and magnetic force simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust hood using elasticity includes a stationary tube, an outer tube(40), an inner tube(30), a suction tube(20), and a height retaining means(100). The stationary tube is connected to an exhaust pipe. The outer tube is inserted into a single layer part provided to the bottom surface of the stationary tube. An oil receiver is provided to the bottom end of the outer tube to collect and process a foreign material adhering to the inner wall of the outer tube. The inner tube is inserted into the inner side of the outer tube and moved up and down. The suction tube is provided to the bottom part of the inner tube and discharges smoke. The height retaining means is provided to the top end portion of the inner tube. The height retaining means adhere closely to the inner side of the outer pipe having the elastic force. The height retaining means maintain the location of the inner tube when the inner tube is moved up and down.
