DRIVING APPARATUS OF ROBOTIC TRANSFER VEHICLE USING BY PERMANENT MAGNET TYPE SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

PURPOSE: A RTV(robotic transfer vehicle) driving apparatus using a permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided to get supplied with driving force by coupling a traveling roller of an RTV system provided to a warehousing and delivery system of an automatic warehouse with a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and to pursue high efficiency, low noise, high speed and high performance of an RTV system by adopting an exclusive inverter applied with a high accuracy vector control method for a synchronous machine. CONSTITUTION: A RTV(robotic transfer vehicle) driving apparatus using a permanent magnet synchronous motor is formed by installing a permanent magnet synchronous motor(42) for driving a traveling roller(44) to the lower part of a main body portion corresponded to one traveling roller, and coupling a rotary shaft(60) of the permanent magnet synchronous motor to the center of the traveling roller provided to the lower part of the main body portion, wherein the traveling roller is supplied with driving force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor directly from the rotary shaft and rotated to travel on a rail.
