PURPOSE: A silicone tight release coating film is provided to ensure an excellent adhesive property to an adhesive layer through an in-line or off-line coating process and to secure excellent appearance so that excessive detection and non-detection of defects generated by a release film are minimized. CONSTITUTION: A silicone tight release coating film includes a polyester film and a coating layer in which a silicone release composition is applied to at least one side of the polyester film one time. The silicone tight release coating film satisfies chemical formula 1: 0.8<= La <= 1.2 and chemical formula 2: 2: 4 <= Rf <= 25, wherein La is a ratio of the release force value of a release film in which the silicon release composition is applied and aged for 14 days, to the release force value of the release film in which the silicon release composition is applied and is not aged; and Rf is the release force value(g^f/in.) of the silicon release coating layer.
