PURPOSE: Mattress or bed including an electric heating device are provided to offer the heating effect to users without generating electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION: Mattress or bed including an electric heating device comprise an upper heat diffusing plate and a lower concavo-convex heating plate. The upper heat diffusing plate(10) is produced in a flat plate form for diffusing heat. The lower concavo-convex heating plate(30) is combined with the upper heat diffusing plate, and forms concavo-convex units(32) for producing a space upper unit(34) for a heating electric wire member(20).
