PURPOSE: A bicycle alarm for safe driving is provided to prevent the crash accident in advance and to induce the safe driving by informing automatically the driving speed of the bicycle to the pedestrian through the alarm. CONSTITUTION: The bicycle alarm for safe driving includes: a magnetic force generation part(10); a magnetic sensor part(20); a control part; and an alarm generation part(40). The magnetic force generation part is installed in the one side pedal of the bicycle. The magnetic sensor part is installed in the bicycle body part on the rotary trace of wheels of pedal, and senses the magnetic force signal according to the rotation of pedal. The control part changes the magnetic force signal detected from the magnetic sensor part into the digital signal and operates, memorizes, and controls and outputs into fixed electric signal. The alarm generation part changes the control signal of control part into the voice signal and outputs the signal to the outside.
