PURPOSE: A door trim assembly structure for a vehicle is provided to obtain strong fastening strength using a fastener provided with a fixing block and a stopper, to shorten the assembling time by excluding the necessity of a separate cover, and to cut down on the cost. CONSTITUTION: A door trim assembly structure for a vehicle comprises: a fastener(100) including a stopper(110), an extension(130), a head portion(120) formed on the upper part of the extension and provided with a driver groove(135), a connection shaft(140) extended to the other end of the head portion, and a fixing block(160) provided to the end of the connection shaft; a door trim including a through hole to insert the extension of the fastener and a guide portion projected along the inner side of the through hole; and a chassis panel including a block joint provided with a block coupling hole to let the fixing block pass through.
