MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MAKGEOLLI WITH PLANT ENZYME

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Makkoli using quince is provided to help digestion and nutrition absorption and to activate metabolism. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Makkoli comprises: a step of mixing brewage water and 100-500 mL of plant enzyme extract containing quince as a main ingredient and fermenting; and a step of adding a solution prepared using 2-10g of Gardenia jasminodes var. grandiflora and 0.5-2L of water or a step of adding a solution prepared using 20-80g of Beta vulgaris L. and 0.5-2 L of water.
