PURPOSE: A construction method of a road boundary block is provided to minimize the separation of a road boundary block by securely fixing the road boundary block to lower concrete. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a road boundary block is as follows. Support members(200) are installed on the top of the foundation ground. A road boundary block(100) with a concrete filling groove(110) is installed on the top of the support members to be separated from the foundation ground. Concrete(C) is placed around the road boundary block to embed the bottom end of the road boundary block in the concrete. The concrete filling groove is filled with the concrete. Head units are formed on the top of the support members and are inserted into the concrete filling groove.
