POWER PLANT SYSTEM OF SHEAR CORE USING PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT

PURPOSE: A generating system of a shear core is provided to prevent an environmental pollution by using external force which is naturally generated in a building to generate electric energy. CONSTITUTION: A shear core(100) bears the horizontal load of a building and includes a vertical member(120) and a horizontal member(140). A piezoelectric device is installed on the vertical member of the shear core. Electric energy generated from the piezoelectric device is used for self generation of the building. An external frame(200) bears the vertical load of the building.
