RESONANCE POWER GENERATOR

PURPOSE: A resonance power generator is provided to control the bandwidth of an output signal of a power resonating unit by recovering a waveform. CONSTITUTION: A waveform and sequence memory(201) records selected waveform and sequence. A delta-sigma modulating unit(202) delta-sigma modulates the output signal of the sequence memory and the waveform. A waveform recovery unit(205) receives the output RF signal of the delta-sigma modulating unit and converts the received signal into the waveform with an impulse type. A drive amplifier(204) amplifies the output RF signal of the delta-sigma modulating unit. A pulse voltage detector(209) detects the pulse waveform fed back from a target resonator.
