PURPOSE: A semiconductor device and a semiconductor system including the same are provided to stably input/output data between a semiconductor device controller and the semiconductor device by compensating the phase variation of data. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor device and a semiconductor system including the same, a normal data input/output part(11) answers to a data input/output command and inputs/outputs normal data. The normal data is synchronized with the center of a source clock. A data recovery information signal input/output part(100) receives a data recovery information signal. The data recovery information signal input/output part outputs the data recovery information signal after a predetermined time. The data recovery information signal is synchronized with the edge of the source clock. A command input pad(12) receives a predetermined command. A data input output pad(13) inputs/outputs normal data. The data recovery information signal input/output pad inputs/outputs the data recovery information signal. |
