摘要 PURPOSE: A producing method of fried pork belly dish using meat seasoning sauce is provided to prepare seasoning sauce without using pungent ingredients including garlic juice, onion, ginger, and black pepper powder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fried pork belly dish using meat seasoning sauce comprises the following steps: mixing 800g of white sugar, 150g of salt, 600g of vinegar, and 200g of bottled water; adding 700g of red pepper powder, 500g of soy sauce, 100g of pear juice, and 100g of Japanese apricot juice into the mixture; inserting 50g of sesame seed oil into the mixture; pouring the mixed sauce into container before sealing the container, and aging for 5~7days to obtain the meat seasoning sauce; mixing cabbage, spring onion, lettuce, chrysanthemum coronarium, the meat seasoning sauce, and the sesame seed oil; cooking raw pork belly after cutting; and mixing the cooked pork belly with the vegetables and the meat seasoning sauce before stir-frying.
