PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a 3-way valve and a pipeline body is provided to perform maintenance work of a 3-way valve easily by simplifying a structure for coupling a 3-way valve to a pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a 3-way valve and a pipeline body comprises: a 3-way valve(200) including a valve body(210) having a first opening(211), a second opening(212) and a third opening(213), a valve(140) closing one of the openings when moving vertically in the valve body, and a power transfer device moving the valve; and a pipeline body(300) having a first inlet(301), a second inlet(302) and a third inlet(303) connected to three openings respectively and provided with a 3-way valve connection(310) to insert the 3-way valve, wherein the 3-way valve is inserted to the inside of the 3-way valve connection from the outside of the pipeline body.
