STRESS RELIEVING COMPOSITION COMPRISING ZIZYPHUS JUJUBA EXTRACT

PURPOSE: An anti-stress composition is provided to ensure high immunity and antioxidation and to relieve psychological anxiety. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-stress composition comprises: a step of mixing 30-50 weight parts of foxglove extract, 30-50 weight part of Angelica gigas Nakai, and 10-30 weight parts of Curcuma longa extract; a step of adding extraction solvent and extracting at room temperature; and a step of decompressing at 35-45°C. The Zizyphi spinosi Semen extract is prepared by mixing at 95~100°C for 20~40 minutes. The extraction solvent is purified water or ethanol.
