GALVINIZED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT DEEP DRAWING QUALITY AND ULTRA-LOW TEMPERATURE BONDING BRITTLNESS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A galvanized steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent deep drawing quality and ultra-low temperature bonding brittleness of a galvanized steel sheet by controlling the galvanized layer texture and size of grains. CONSTITUTION: A galvanized steel sheet includes a galvanized layer in which the average diameter of grains is 150-400 micrometers while the minimum diameter is 30 micrometers. The galvanized layer has a preferred-orientation concentration to a plane which is 3000-20000cps(counter per second) and a twin texture at volume fraction of 30% or greater.
