PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to solve the problem according to the affinity of materials of an adjacent hole transportation layer and an electron transportation layer, as controlling hole mobility properly. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(110) and a first related layer are formed on a substrate in sequence. An emission layer(230) is formed on the related layer. A host material and a dopant material of the emission layer are mixed. The concentration of the dopant material depends on the position. A second related layer and a second electrode are formed on the emission layer in sequence.
