PURPOSE: A disposable diaper is provided to apply the diaper to patients sensitive to the amount of urine and feces by accurately marking the amount of the urine or feces. CONSTITUTION: A disposable diaper includes a fluid-permeable top sheet (110), a liquid impermeable back sheet(120), a core(130), an urination display unit(140), horizontal water-absorbing paper(141), and a liquid impermeable sheet(142). The fluid-permeable top sheet contacts the skin of user. The core is located in between the top sheet and the back sheet. The urination display unit is installed in between the core and the back sheet for users to detect the urination. The horizontal water-absorbing paper surrounds the core. The liquid impermeable sheet is inserted in between the horizontal water-absorbing paper and the core.
