PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to improve the picture quality deterioration. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display device includes as follows. A data analysis unit(161) analyzes an image data about all block. A maximum gradation set unit(162) sets a maximum gradation according to an image data analyzed from the data analyzing unit. A first lookup table(166a) outputs an image data over driven according to the previously set first maximum gradation. A second lookup table adds a difference valve with the over driven image of the first maximum degradation to the first lookup table. |
