The system has a light guide (30) including a plane injection and collimation zone (32) in form of a parabola. Branches (48a, 48b) of the parabola that delimits a contour of the plane injection and collimation zone are extended by a light extraction zone (36) for propagating light at inside of the guide. The extraction zone is provided with a rectangular section and optical light extractors (54) e.g. microprism, where length of the parabola satisfies a specific equation containing specific parameters formed by theta that is angle of acceptance of the parabola.
