PURPOSE: An apparatus for analyzing ionic components is provided to effectively analyze the trace amount of the ionic components by controlling the concentration ratio of the ionic components based on the supply of vapor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for analyzing ionic components(100) includes a chamber(120) and a vapor generating unit(110). Samples(121) are placed in the chamber, and the vapor generating unit supplies vapor into the chamber. A cooling and condensing unit(130) receives and condenses out gas generated from the samples and the vapor. A gas/liquid separating unit(140) separates condensed liquid and gas. An analyzing unit(150) analyzes the components of the condensed liquid.
