PURPOSE: A bicycle locking device is provided to prevent a bicycle from getting robbed by keeping the operational state of a brake lever of a bicycle, thereby limiting the rotation of bicycle wheels, and to improve storage efficiency and portability by reducing the volume of a locking device. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle locking device(A) contains a brake holding portion(100). The brake holding portion comprises a cable(110) covering a brake lever and a handle and having a hanging projection and an incline on the outside, a fixture(120) having an opening to insert the cable, and locking units(130,130') fixing the hanging projection to keep the cable inserted to the opening of the fixture.
