PURPOSE: A navigation pairing system and a method thereof are provided to pair a navigation terminal and a radio device and use various radio devices. CONSTITUTION: A navigation pairing system includes a navigation terminal, and pairing(220). The navigation terminal is connected to an external device through a USB(Universal Serial Bus)(230). The pairing interlinks the navigation system with a radio device through pairing. The paring transfers an operating signal between the radio device and the navigation terminal.
