PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner having excellent high temperature offset resistance and charging stability, particularly suppressing charge-up in a low temperature and low humidity environment, being effective for prevention of contamination in a member, and giving an image with excellent color reproducibility such as color mixing property and transparency. SOLUTION: The toner contains toner particles containing at least a colorant, a polyester resin and a wax component, and inorganic fine powder, wherein the polyester resin is obtained by polymerizing an aromatic carboxylic acid titanium compound as a catalyst. The toner contains at least a hydrocarbon wax as the wax component. The toner particles are obtained by granulating in an aqueous medium. The toner shows an endothermic peak (P1) in the temperature range of 60 to 110°C in a DSC curve in a temperature rising period measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).
