PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an array panel for liquid crystal display device is provided to reduce the number of mask processes having a manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A gate electrode(112) is connected to a gate line on a substrate. A gate insulating layer(120) covers the gate line and the gate electrode. A drain electrode(154) is separated from the source electrode. The data line crosses with the gate line. A cover layer(160) covers the data line, the source electrode, and the drain electrode.
