METHOD FOR QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF CELL-DEATH PROCESS USING ABSORPTION-BASED IMAGE CYTOMETRY

PURPOSE: A method for quantitative analysis of cell apoptosis by absorption-based image cytometry is provided to accurately quantitate apoptosis process. CONSTITUTION: A method for quantitative analysis of cell apoptosis by absorption-based image cytometry comprises: a step of culturing cells to form a single cell layer; a step of exposing the single cell layer to a test sample to induce cell apoptosis; a step of injecting absorbance dye to the single cell layer and inducing crystallization or cell dyeing; a step of photographing the single cell layer; and a step of analyzing apoptosis mechanism and quantitating cell apoptosis degree.
