<p>PURPOSE: A composition for conductive concrete and a method for manufacturing the conductive concrete are provided to prevent environmental contamination without the discharge of toxic materials by using inorganic-based materials. CONSTITUTION: A composition for conductive concrete is composed of 30-90 weight% of a binder, 2-62 weight% of a mineral, 6-66 weight% of slag, and 2-62 weight% of at least one conductive material. The binder includes 10-90 weight% of mineral powder and 10-90 weight% of a liquid binder. The mineral powder is composed of 5-72.7% of carbon, 20-86.7% of oxygen, 1-67.7% of magnesium, 1-67.7% of aluminum, 3-69.7% of silicon, 0.5-67.2% of sulfur, 0.5-67.2% of chloride, 2-68.7% of calcium, 0.1-66.8% of titanium, 0.05-66.75% of manganese, 0.05-66.75% of iron, and 0.1-66.8% of indium. The mineral is one selected from a group including illite, zeolite, bentonite, tourmaline, and montmorillonite. Inorganic materials of the conductive concrete are processed through a dissolution process, an aquasol forming process, a condensing process, and a gel forming process, and crystallizing process(1 to 4).</p> |
