PURPOSE: A growth factor-derived peptide and a composition thereof are provided to ensure superior stability and skin permeability. CONSTITUTION: A peptide having growth factor activation contains an amino acid of sequence number 3. The peptide of sequence number 3 is derived from epiregulin. The peptide has an ability of promoting cell proliferation. The cell is fibroblasts. The peptide enhances phosphorylation of intracellular EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor). The cell is keratinocytes. A composition for improving skin condition contains the peptide as an active ingredient.
