PURPOSE: An ultrasonic propagation device in molten metal is provided to prevent damage to an ultrasonic generator by propagating ultrasonic waves directly and continuously to molten metal through a waveguide. CONSTITUTION: A waveguide(10) is inserted into molten metal and propagates ultrasonic waves. An ultrasonic generator(20) generates ultrasonic waves for the waveguide. A supply unit(30) moves the waveguide and continuously supplies ultrasonic waves to the molten metal. The waveguide consists of the same ingredients to the molten metal. The supply unit comprises a moving roller(32) moving the waveguide, a driving cylinder enabling the moving roller to make tight contact with the waveguide and a driving motor(34) rotating the moving roller.
