PURPOSE: A rock splitter unit for connecting a forklift and an excavation method of a tunnel using the same are provided to simultaneously perform a construction work of a forklift and a rock excavation work. CONSTITUTION: A rock splitter unit for connecting a forklift comprises cases(31), hydraulic lines(35), and pistons(33). The hydraulic lines are formed in the case and are connected to hydraulic hoses. The pistons are formed in the cases and can be drawn out of one side of the cases when hydraulic pressure is supplied from a hydraulic tank. The pistons are connected to the hydraulic lines, respectively.
